Verified as Ritchey by Ritchey Design. There are no decals and it seems to have been repainted. I picked it up at a garage sale in Seattle. Most of the higher wear items have been replaced in the 1990s and in explicably the fork was replaced with a Gios Torino fork. I can only guess the original was damaged and that was the only one that fit/was available. Date is approximate
