I bought this as a frame and fork in excellent condition and then sourced all the WCS components I could find. This is not how it was originally built, but represents a Logic-al, Ritchey-based upgrade. The tires are modern Ritchey ZMax, but everything else is period correct. The bike weighs maybe a hair over 20 pounds and fits small for a 19-inch frame.
