The bike was purchased from a Ritchey collector. The story from the collector is that he purchased bike the bike from a shop owner located in Deep Cove, BC. The Ritchey collector restored the bike and gave it a rattle can paint job and put original Ritchey decals on the bike. The collector was clearing out some of his bikes that didn't fit him. This bike was too tall for him.
